English Championship side Leeds United have reportedly renewed their interest in Bafana Bafana star Andile Jali.
Leeds United manager Garry Monk is ready to sanction a bid for the 26-year-old South African midfielder, according to Phakaathi.
The former Orlando Pirates star is reportedly now ready to take the next step in his career and move on from Belgium side KV Oostende to a more competitive European league.
‘He wants to move. When he left Pirates, he wanted to go to England and used Belgium as a stepping stone,’ a source close to the player’s agent revealed.
These reports are on the back of earlier statements from the player’s agent Mike Makaab who suggested Jali could be following in Lucas Radebe and Phil Masinga’s footsteps by turning out at Elland Road for the Whites with a move during the current transfer window in the pipeline.
