South African midfielder May Mahlangu has joined FC Ordabasy from Kazakhstan on loan for the remainder of 2019.
Mahlangu leaves Ludogorets Razgrad after making just seven appearances, despite scoring on his debut against Botev Plovdiv. The former Dinamo Bukarest man leaves the Bulgarian side after just six months without having made much of an impact.
The 29-year-old, who has played in Sweden, Turkey, Belgium, Romania and Bulgaria since leaving South African shores a decade ago, will be hoping for some playing time less hard to come by.
Mahalngu will be looking to help his new side push for a spot in either the Uefa Champions League or Europa League in the upcoming season.
The Bafana Bafana international remains contracted to Ludogorets until 2021, and will be hoping to regain some form despite his long-term future still being in doubt.
