The former Mamelodi Sundowns and current Brighton loanee star played the entire 90 minutes, but was unable to extend his red-hot scoring form as Royal Union Saint-Gilloise played to a 1-1 draw with Lommel SK.

Tau’s side are still on course for promotion and occupy second spot in the Proximus League standings.

Kamohelo Mokotjo

The Bafana Bafana international played no part in Brentford’s 2-0 victory against Millwall due to injury. The defensive midfielder is also likely to miss South Africa’s Afcon qualifier against Nigeria.

Lebo Mothiba

Mothiba continued his fine run of form in France, netting the opener in Strasbourg’s 1-1 draw against Toulouse. The Bafana international has now netted seven times in his 12 appearances in all competitions since joining the French team.

Strasbourg occupy seventh spot on the Ligue 1 table – 19 points behind table-toppers Paris Saint-Germain.

Lebogang Phiri

Phiri was an unused substitute as his Ligue 1 outfit suffered a 5-0 thrashing at the hands of Nantes. The result leaves Phiri’s side rooted to the bottom of the table with one win, four draws and seven losses in the league.

Thulani Serero

The former Ajax Cape Town and Ajax Amsterdam star maintained his starting berth as his Vitesse outfit succumbed to a 1-0 defeat to table-toppers PSV Eindhoven.

Vitesse occupy eighth spot on the table – 18 points behind PSV.

Siphiwe Tshabalala

With the scores deadlocked at 1-1, the Kaizer Chiefs legend was brought on in the 73rd minute for Erzurumspor but failed to make the desired impact as the scorelines remained the same.

Erzurumspor languish in bottom spot on the table.
