The 22-year-old attacker was again on the scoresheet, despite only playing the last 16 minutes during Strasbourg 3-0 victory Dijon in the French Ligue 1 on Saturday evening.
Mothiba netted his third for the season for Strasbourg from eight games with the French club sitting in eighth place in the league standings with 11 points.

The former Mamelodi Sundowns star was instrumental in helping Union Saint-Gilloise claim a 3-1 win over OH Leuven in the Proximus League by contributing two assists for their opening two goals.
The Bafana Bafana international lasted 87 minutes and has scored one goal and assisted a further four from seven appearances in all competitions.
Union Saint-Gilloise have now moved up to first place in the league standings after claiming 13 points from their first eight games this season.

The former Ajax Cape Town midfielder played the full 90 minutes as 10-man Vitesse played out to a 1-1 draw against Feyenoord in the Eredivisie at the Stadion Feijenoord on Sunday.

Dino Ndlovu bagged a brace to inspire Zhejiang Greentown to a 5-1 trashing of Xinjiang Tianshan in League One on Saturday.
The 28-year-old has scored 18 goals and assisted a further four from 20 appearances this season as his side got back into the automatic promotion places.

Kurt Abrahams managed to bag his fourth goal of the season after scoring a 10th minute opener in Westerlo 2-1 defeat to Beerschot-Wilrijk in the Proximus League on Saturday.
