The winner of the Telkom Knockout (TKO) between Orlando Pirates and Baroka FC will net R4-million in prize money.
The Buccaneers and Bakgaga will face off in the final of the TKO at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Port Elizabeth on Saturday with more than pride and glory at stake.
The Premier Soccer League revealed on Wednesday that the sponsors Telkom put forward R14.2m in total for the competition’s prize money.

The winners are set to receive R4-million and the runners-up R1.5million.
Kaizer Chiefs, who lost to Orlando Pirates,and Bidvest Wits, who suffered a shock defeat to Baroka, will each receive R750 000 for reaching the semi-finals.
The losing quarter-finals, which include Mamelodi Sundowns, AmaZulu, Maritzburg United and SuperSport Unied, will each get R400 000.
