Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates will do duty in front of a packed Moses Mabhida Stadium for their Telkom Knockout Soweto derby semi-final clash after tickets sold out two hours after going on sale.
The Premier Soccer League released a statement publicising details about the upcoming Soweto Derby between Chiefs and Pirates.
‘General tickets for the much-anticipated Telkom Knockout semi-final fixture between Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates are sold out.
The tickets were sold out inside the first two hours after they opened at 12h00.
‘On Monday next week, the League will open ONLY hospitality ticket sales via the Moses Mabhida Stadium for the fixture. For bookings, please contact the stadium ticket office.
‘The League is warning members of the public that anyone who is selling tickets from now onwards will be selling fake tickets.
‘The PSL together with the Police and the Security clusters will adopt a zero tolerance to fake tickets and those who will be trying to resell tickets in and around the stadium.
‘This past weekend, six people were arrested at Moses Mabhida – and four of those are still in jail after they were denied bail,’ read the statement.
