AC Milan secured their spot in the Champions League quarter-finals for the first time since 2012 after a goalless draw at Tottenham Hotspur on Wednesday after claiming a 1-0 aggregate victory.
Tottenham struggled to overcome a one-goal deficit in the round of 16, as Milan missed several opportunities.
Milan advanced despite a flurry of goalmouth action on both sides despite the late dismissal of Cristian Romero. Milan are seven-time European champions.
