RB Leipzig sealed a Uefa Champions League semi-final against Paris Saint-Germain with a dramatic late 2-1 victory over Atlético Madrid.
A tight opening stanza saw chances were at a premium, with Marcel Halstenberg volleying over from close range before Yannick Carrasco forced Péter Gulácsi into a smart save in the only goal mouth action of note.
Leipzig though managed yo find the back of the net shortly after half-time thanks to a beautifully worked team goal, finished off by Dani Olmo who guided his header past Jan Oblak.
Atlético then looked to João Félix to change the game – and change the game he did – winning a penalty with some brilliant individual play before scoring from 12 yards.
With extra time looming, Angeliño broke down the left and found substitute Tyler Adams, whose low drive deflected off Stevan Savić and looped into the net.
