Ajax Cape Town and Sameehg Doutie have agreed to part ways after only one month back at the club where he made his professional debut a decade ago.

Doutie returned to the Urban Warriors on a short-term deal last month, following spells with Orlando Pirates, Bidvest Wits, SuperSport United and Indian Super League club Atletico de Kolkata.

‘Ajax Cape Town would like to wish Mr Doutie all of the best in his future endeavours and thank him for his service to the Urban Warriors,’ wrote the club in a statement on its website.

He appeared just twice on his return to the club where he made his breakthrough into PSL football.
