Manchester United Legends suffered a 3-0 defeat against an Aussie Legends XI in their charity match in Western Australia on Saturday.

Goals from Nick Carle, Bobby Despotovski, and Con Boutsianis handed the Aussie Legends the victory over the Red Devils, who lost Quinton Fortune and Paul Scholes in the first half through injury.

However, the aim of the game was to raise funds for the DT38 Foundation, which brought in a crowd of around 12000 supporters at the nib Stadium in Perth.
